The definition is…

Nosferatu (noun) a hideously ugly vampire

Etymology: Slavonic nosfur-atu

I was surprised that this word existed. Is there really a such thing as an ugly vampire? It’s like an imaginary number: it might be out there, but we haven’t found it. Anyway, my reference.

I was surprised that Bones had been right and my mother hadn’t run to Don screaming “Nosferatu, arrgh!” or some varience.

It would seem obvious to me that the woman in question’s mother is not a vampire lover, even if I hadn’t read the book. For people such as those, we must unite to help them see the light. Or Darkness, as it were.

This quote show that vampires aren’t invulnerable, and you shouldn’t act like they never have moments of weakness. Vampires are people, too, you know.
