About
Hi, my name is RJ and I’m a high schooler in Illinois. As a starting out blogger, despite a house full of awesome master bloggers, I have no idea how to start out. I think I’ll start off by saying a little about myself. (or a lot, I’m known for ranting on and on.) I am obsessed with vampires, which I suppose you can guess from the title of the blog. Nooo! Don’t run away, darling readers! I promise that I’m a vampire blogger, not just a Twilight blogger. I won’t even bore you to death with a precise detailing of any one vampires attractiveness (though I could, easily. Oh, and no promises on the subject of vampires as a whole…) Things I like: books, music, language arts teachers (I don’t know why, but they are always so cool! Is it in the job description?) Things I don’t like: cursing, people who disavow the coolness of vampires, simply because they are “in”, and therefore evil. Seriously. On to my blog.
I was trying to figure out how to categorize my self into the blogging community, but, just like school, I couldn’t find a place to fit in. I am going to be doing book reviews, vocab words from some lovely vampire novels, interviews with some very “interesting” characters, and short stories. So the problem posed is: what am I? (Don’t we all wonder that some times?) I’m not a mommy blogger; I don’t have children. I’m not a life blogger, because most of the time I’ll be talking about someone else’s life (or undeath, as it were) Therefore, I have labeled myself as a “miscellaneous un-life blogger”, just as the kids at school labeled me as “that weird kid who loves vampires and reads too much”. Pshaw! As if there was a such thing as reading “too much”!
