Vampire Vocab

It seems that I am becoming the go-to source for birthday cakes. I’m glad, actually. I love making cakes because they are a challenge and so much harder to make than cookies, brownies or cupcakes. (Usually. Some cookies, cupcakes, and brownies can be scary. Seriously.) A couple months ago I made Anne a birthday cake. (coffee-chocolate with mocha marscapone icing) This time, I’m making one for my dad. Here it is:
