I love that the massive fridges that we have at food pantry allow us to store large quantities of food so we can feed large quantities of people. A lot of the food we get is prepared ahead of time (because it's kind of hard [though not impossible] to whip up a meal for 300 in a single evening), so without our huge fridges, we'd be up the creek.

I love my fridge because it keeps my cheap beer sooooo nice and cold. I love that my fridge includes a freezer that keeps my husband's homemade ice cream smooth and crystal-free. I love that my fridge will someday be retired to the media room and that its replacement fridge will have a filtered water and ice dispenser.

Uh-I hate our particular refrigerator. You know that. I mean I love that I don’t have to run get milk every day and that while it is small, it isn’t one of those miniature English fridges like we had in that apartment we stayed at in London, but it truly is one of the worst refrigerators I have ever lived with in my life.

I do love that the refrigerator has enabled women to have jobs outside the home. I do love that food safety is easier and we don’t have people dying just because the spoiled meat is the only meat. I do love that I don’t need to preserve all the fruits and veggies that come into this house for a long cold winter.

Wait a minute. You never said it needed to be something invented in the United States. Geez. Must provide complete information in the future. I still say iPhone.
